Nestled within Chesterman Beach Estates on a lush, landscaped half-acre, this Tofino vacation home boasts a spacious, private deck with a hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ, picnic table, and comfortable Adirondack chairs.
Steller’s Jay Retreat offers 2500 sq. ft. of beautifully designed indoor space across two levels. The main floor features an open-concept layout, complete with a chef-ready, well-stocked kitchen and a stylish dining room with stunning art and large picture windows overlooking the garden. An inviting living room features a gas fireplace and bespoke furniture crafted locally by Paul Owen Woodworks. A convenient powder room is also located on this level. The main floor is completed by a fantastic media room and library, featuring hand-adzed wall panelling, comfortable contemporary seating, a custom entertainment unit with a 47” flat-screen TV, and a curated selection of books, including works by local authors.
The second floor features three bedrooms and an additional bathroom, accessed via a photography-filled catwalk inspired by Stacey Bodnaruk. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private ensuite with a separate shower, soaker tub, and double sinks. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. A bright, inviting reading lounge completes the upstairs level, providing a perfect spot to unwind.
Steller’s Jay Retreat showcases original artwork and photography by renowned 20th-century and contemporary artists, including Jack Wilkinson, Peter Ramos, Nicholas Vandergugten, Arden Rose, Fred Peters, Paula Callahan, and Graeme Masterton. Bespoke furnishings by Paul Owen Woodworks bring a touch of elegance and distinctive West Coast style.
